Withdrawals can take up to 8 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays) before the requested fund is reflected in your bank account. This is mainly due to the time it takes for trades to be cleared and settled once your withdrawal request has been processed.

Your withdrawal request status may be updated to ‘completed’ within this period. This status indicates that your withdrawal request has been successfully processed (ETFs and other assets in the portfolio have been liquidated) and is waiting for the funds to be transferred. From there, this may take between 1-5 business days for the requested funds to be in your bank account (time varies from bank to bank).
